🥷Server Restarts & Crime Timing

Server restarts are part of normal server maintenance and stability. Players must not use restarts to gain an advantage, disrupt roleplay, or avoid consequences.
Planning, initiating, or committing criminal activity immediately before or after a restart is not permitted, as it can interfere with scene continuity and prevent fair response from other players, particularly law enforcement.
Crime Restrictions Around Restarts
The following cooldown periods apply around every scheduled server restart:
Standard Criminal Activity
A 15 minute buffer applies both before and after a restart.
Major Robberies (Banks, Vangelico)
A 30 minute buffer applies both before and after a restart.
Players must ensure that all criminal scenarios begin outside of these restricted time windows.
Activities Covered by This Rule
This rule applies to all forms of criminal activity, including but not limited to:
Robberies, heists, and burglaries
Violent crimes, ambushes, or gang conflicts
Hostage-taking scenarios
Planned criminal operations or organised illegal activity
Any crime initiated within the restricted timeframe may be considered invalid roleplay.
Restart Abuse
Using a server restart to manipulate roleplay outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Examples include:
Attempting to escape police or avoid arrest due to a restart
Starting a crime shortly before restart to avoid pursuit or consequences
Using restarts to reset a failed scenario or remove evidence
Deliberately timing criminal activity to exploit restart mechanics
Enforcement
Staff reserve the right to void, terminate, or reset any scene that violates these rules.
Players found intentionally abusing restart timing may face administrative action, depending on the severity and intent of the violation.
Players are expected to plan criminal activity responsibly and ensure that roleplay scenarios remain fair and uninterrupted for all participants.
