❤️NLR – New Life Rule

When your character dies and is taken to the morgue or respawns, they are considered to have started a new life.
You must forget all events, actions, and individuals involved in the situation that led to your death.
You may not return to the location of your death or re-engage with the same roleplay scenario for at least 30 minutes.
Using information or knowledge from before your death to influence future roleplay is strictly prohibited.
Medical Stages & Memory Rules
Stage 1 – Downed (On Your Side)
If you are revived while in Stage 1, you retain full memory of the incident.
Normal roleplay and communication are permitted.
You may interact with emergency services and other players as usual once revived.
Stage 2 – Critical (Flat on Your Back)
While in Stage 2, you must not speak or verbally communicate.
The only permitted actions are:
/me actions to assist medical roleplay
Radial medical options, where applicable
If UHS (Medical Services) determine that sufficient and appropriate medical roleplay has taken place, they may choose to revive you.
If revived from Stage 2 by UHS, you will retain memory of the incident.
GTA Mechanics & Medical Roleplay Discretion
Due to the limitations of GTA mechanics, a player may sometimes appear to be in Stage 1 mechanically, even though the situation would realistically result in critical injuries.
In such situations, UHS (Medical Services) have full discretion to determine the severity of injuries based on the roleplay scenario.
For example:
If a player is involved in a major explosion, such as a petrol station blast, UHS may determine that the character is critically injured, require extensive medical treatment, or place the character into intensive care, regardless of the in-game stage displayed.
Players are expected to respect and comply with UHS medical roleplay decisions in these situations.
Arguing game mechanics or attempting to reduce the severity of injuries due to GTA limitations is not permitted.
