☠️Perma-Death

Perma-death (permanent character death) is a serious roleplay decision and must be handled responsibly.
If you choose to permanently kill off your character, that character is considered permanently deceased and may never be used again in any roleplay capacity.
Effects of Perma-Death
Once a character has been permanently killed:
The character’s identity, memories, and history are permanently lost
The character may not return to the server in any form
The character must not be referenced or used in future roleplay scenarios
All relationships, affiliations, and ongoing storylines connected to that character are considered concluded
Players must also ensure that any new characters created do not directly continue or benefit from the previous character’s roleplay position.
For example, a new character may not immediately rejoin the same gang, organization, or faction as the deceased character in order to maintain balance and avoid character continuation.
Tebex Purchases
Any items or vehicles purchased through Tebex (such as custom vehicles) are not lost when a character is permanently killed.
These assets may be reassigned to another character in accordance with server policies and with staff approval where required.
Approval Requirement
All permanent deaths must be submitted in advance through a support ticket.
Your request must include:
The character name
A clear explanation of the circumstances
The roleplay reasoning behind the perma-death
Permanent death may only occur after staff approval.
Enforcement
Attempting to bypass the approval process, ignore perma-death restrictions, or recreate the same character storyline after a perma-death will be treated as a rule violation and may result in administrative action.
