🤘General Gang Conduct

These rules are designed to support realistic, fair, and immersive gang roleplay, ensuring that all criminal organizations contribute positively to the city’s story and maintain high-quality RP standards.

Whitelisted Gangs Are Earned, Not Claimed

To become a whitelisted gang, your group must demonstrate:

  • Consistent, high-quality roleplay

  • Positive contributions to city life

  • Minimal to no rule violations

  • Strong leadership, structure, and organization

Whitelisted gangs may exceed 10 members, but final approval is at the discretion of Kingpin/Server Leadership.

Minimum Gang Size

The minimum number of active members required for various gang classifications is:

  • 5-man gang: 5 active members

  • 10-man gang: 8 active members

  • 15-man gang: 12 active members

Non-whitelisted (unofficial) gangs are limited to 5 members for any criminal activity, including robberies or conflicts. Attempts to bypass this restriction will result in administrative action.

Runners & Low-Level Members

  • Only core gang members may participate in combat or gang conflicts:

    • 5-man: 5 core members

    • 10-man: 10 core members

    • 15-man: 15 core members

  • Runners cannot engage in active gang beef, hostage-taking, interrogation, or torture scenarios with rival gangs.

  • Runners may handle interactions with civilians causing minor disruptions, but core members may not intervene.

  • Runners are permitted to participate in heists under proper RP guidance.

Gang Identity & Appearance

  • Gang members must not impersonate rival gangs or emergency services.

  • Runners may not wear gang clothing, to maintain distinction between core members and support personnel.

Gang Size Exceptions

Server Management may, at their sole discretion, approve the formation of a 10- or 15-member gang without first establishing a smaller 5-member gang. Such approvals are rare and granted only when they benefit the server and the overall roleplay experience.
