💼Staff Authority & Compliance

All staff decisions are final. Players are expected to respect staff members and comply with their instructions at all times.

Arguing, disrespecting, harassing, or ignoring staff directions—whether in the city, in tickets, or on external platforms—is strictly prohibited.

If you disagree with a decision, you may use the official appeal or ticket process after the situation has concluded. Disrupting roleplay or refusing to comply at the moment is not acceptable.

Failure to follow staff instructions or showing disrespect toward staff may result in immediate administrative action, up to and including removal from the server.

Providing false or misleading information in a report or investigation will result in more severe punishment.

Staff Abuse (Zero Tolerance)

Abuse, harassment, threats, or targeted hostility toward any staff member is a serious and bannable offence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal abuse, insults, or intimidation

• Harassment through voice, text, tickets, direct messages, streams, or external platforms

• Unsolicited messaging, spamming, or repeatedly @-tagging staff in Discord outside of proper support channels

• Publicly undermining, mocking, or inciting hostility toward staff

• Ignoring, dismissing, or intentionally obstructing staff duties

Staff members are volunteers dedicating their time to maintain the server. Disrespect, pressure, or abuse toward staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Any instance of staff abuse may result in immediate administrative action, including permanent bans without warning.
