Appeals Process

All appeals must be submitted respectfully and include relevant evidence through the official appeal platform.

Ban appeals are handled exclusively through our application system. Appeals submitted through direct messages, Discord chats, staff tagging, or any other unofficial channels will not be reviewed.

Any appeals that are abusive, disrespectful, misleading, or incomplete may be denied without review.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed or reduced. All appeals are carefully reviewed by staff, and decisions made through the appeals process are final.

Appeals Policy

1. Respectful Submissions Required

   • All appeals must be submitted in a professional and respectful manner.

   • Include all relevant evidence, context, and details to support your case. Incomplete or vague submissions may be automatically denied.

2. Official Channels Only

   • Ban and disciplinary appeals must be submitted through the official appeal platform or application system.

   • Appeals sent via Discord DMs, staff tagging, public chat, or any unofficial channels will not be considered.

3. Conduct During Appeals

   • Abusive, disrespectful, misleading, or manipulative appeals may be denied without review.

   • Maintain professionalism and clarity to ensure your appeal is given proper attention.

4. No Guarantee of Reversal

   • Submission of an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be overturned, reduced, or modified.

   • All appeals are reviewed carefully by staff, with fairness and consistency as priorities.

5. Finality of Decisions

   • Decisions made through the official appeal process are final.

   • Staff reserve the right to uphold, modify, or reject any appeal based on the evidence provided and the server rules.
