Language & Communication Policy

1. English as Primary Language

   • UKCore Network is an English-speaking community.

   • All in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) communication—voice and text—must be conducted in English unless explicitly approved for a specific roleplay scenario by staff.

2. Responsible Communication

   • Players are expected to communicate clearly, respectfully, and responsibly at all times.

   • Abuse, harassment, trolling, spamming, or any disruptive behaviour via voice or text is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

3. Voice Requirements

   • All players must have a fully functioning microphone while in the city.

   • Refusal or inability to use voice when required for roleplay situations is not permitted, as clear communication is essential for maintaining immersive, fair, and realistic roleplay.

4. Staff Discretion

   • Staff may intervene or take action if players consistently fail to communicate effectively or respectfully.

   • Any exceptions to English-only communication must be pre-approved and justified within the roleplay context.
