Terms of Service

Payments & Donations

1. All purchases, donations, or financial contributions made to UKcore Network are final and non-refundable.

2. Due to the digital nature of our products (vehicles, clothing, packages, or in-game perks), no returns or exchanges are possible.

3. All revenue received is reinvested into the server, covering operational costs, maintenance, and community improvements.

4. By purchasing any package or product, you automatically agree to:

   • Comply with all server rules and roleplay standards.

   • Accept any administrative actions, including bans, blacklists, or penalties.

   • Adhere to our no-refund policy.

Ban or Blacklist Situations

1. If you are banned or blacklisted from the server, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

2. Any attempt to bypass or dispute this policy via chargebacks, financial claims, or legal threats may result in:

   • Revocation of your package or in-game items.

   • Permanent blacklist from UKcore Network, with no appeal.

3. Any items purchased or assigned to your account may be resold or reassigned to other members of the community at staff discretion.

Custom Products & Modifications

1. UKcore Network is not liable for any issues caused by custom content provided by players, including:

   • Vehicles

   • Clothing or character skins

   • Custom models or Peds

2. Staff reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove products for balance, performance, or server stability.

3. Any misuse, exploits, or attempts to bypass payment restrictions (e.g., chargebacks) may result in:

   • Permanent character wipe

   • Permanent blacklist

   • Loss of purchased items

Changes to Terms

1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Continued use of the server or any purchased products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Acceptance of Rules

By reading and using UKcore Network, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to:

• All server rules, policies, and roleplay guidelines.

• The Terms of Service, including payment, ban, and no-refund policies.

• Staff discretion regarding administrative actions, product management, and dispute resolution.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must submit a ticket via Discord before engaging with the server or purchasing any products. Continued use or participation constitutes automatic agreement.
