This policy outlines the steps staff will take when addressing rule violations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency. All players are expected to adhere to server rules at all times.

1. Verbal Warning

• Purpose: Educate players on rule violations and prevent further incidents.

• Application: First and second minor rule violations.

• Procedure: Staff will issue a verbal warning in-game or via Discord, clearly explaining:

  • The rule that was broken

  • Expected behavior

  • Consequences for repeat offenses

2. Community Service / Communication Sanctions

• Purpose: Escalation for repeated or moderate infractions.

• Application: Third and fourth offenses.

• Action: Player receives 5x community communication restrictions (COMs), restricting certain in-game abilities or communications for a defined period.

• Notification: Staff will provide clear instructions and duration of sanctions.

3. Temporary Bans

• 7-Day Ban:

  • Applied after continued violations following COMs or for serious infractions.

  • Player is removed from the server for 7 days.

  • Staff will document the reason and communicate expectations for return.

• 14-Day Ban:

  • Applied if the player reoffends after a 7-day ban or commits a significant rule violation.

  • Player is removed from the server for 14 days.

  • Staff may require the player to review the rulebook or complete a read-through before rejoining.

4. Permanent Ban

• Purpose: Address repeated, severe, or harmful behavior that disrupts server integrity.

• Application:

  • Violation after a 14-day ban

  • Extremely serious infractions (e.g., exploiting, harassment, extreme FailRP, or Zero-Tolerance violations)

• Effect: Player is permanently removed from the server with no appeal unless new evidence warrants review.

5. Additional Notes

• Staff Discretion: Staff have the authority to escalate violations immediately depending on severity. For example, extreme FailRP, Zero-Tolerance violations, or exploit abuse may bypass earlier steps.

• Documentation: All disciplinary actions will be recorded to ensure fairness and transparency.

• Appeals: Players may submit an appeal via a support ticket, but disciplinary measures remain in effect until reviewed.
